I have an old springform for my cheesecake and it has been rusting. Needed a new 10". This is perfect, expecially with the lid since cheesecake needs to be cold. The side fits very well, no leaks, with the bottom. Sticking is minimal. I love it. Wish I'd gotten it sooner!

Made a chocolate flourless cake for Thanksgiving. It baked up great. It was easy to carry with the lid.

Nonstick made it easy to cleanup. The instructions said it was okay to put it into the dishwasher so I did. The ring and cover were placed in the top rack while the bottom was placed in the bottom with plates. It seems the ring either lost it's spring or it stretched out. It doesn't full close over the bottom anymore and the carrying lid won't fit.

Edit: I changed my review rom 1 star to 4 stars. Not being able to get the ring work part to work properly was all user error! I told my husband about how disappointed I was in the springform pan, he looked at it and got it together in no time at all. I had the springform upside down. :)
