Founded in 1885, Zenker has been manufacturing bakeware in Aichach, Germany for over 125 years. Pans are constructed of steel for great heat conduction. Inside baking surface is 14-1/2-inch by 9-1/2-inch by 2.6-inch deep. Overall size of pan and base is 15-inch by 10-inch. Multi-purpose oversize base can be used for baking, cutting and serving. Enamel coating on base is applied under 1832-degrees Fahrenheit. This high temperature makes the surface extremely resistant to high temperature baking and cut resistant. Dishwasher safe and easy to clean.

This is my second springform pan from Frieling and I couldn't be happier with the products they sell. I just finished making a vegetable lasagna with this pan and I absolutely loved how easy the springform opened with no pasta or sauce stuck to the sides. Just having the side of the lasagna accessible made serving it so much easier with less of the mess you get with the usual lasagna pan. I was also amazed by how simple the cleanup was. I cleaned both parts by hand (they say you can put the bottom in the dishwasher) and with no hard scrubbing I was able to clean this pan and make it look as if it was brand new again. I would highly recommend this Springform.
