I got this as a Christmas gift. This makes 1/4 of a 10" Cheesecake (or whatever else you make in your 10" springform pan). So, find your favorite 10" cheesecake recipe, divide all the ingredients by four, and you are all set. This is great for small households! This pan works like any other typical springform pan. I made a great Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake the other day with this that was awesome!
