I have about 7 cheesecake pans. I have paid big bucks for the glass bottom type and this one out performs them all. The big plus that it cooks evenly. I do not have to use a water bath type recipe. It doesn't leak and easy to clean.

Maybe I need to use a lower temp than the recipes call for when using this pan. my cheesecake came out very dark and the crust was almost burned. I have never had that problem before and I have made hundreds of cheesecakes. Next time I will lower the temp about twenty degress and see how that works. The pan is a beautiful weight though, and clean up was really easy. Hope i can figure out what works

i was expecting a better pan and today when i tried to use it noticed it was bent so i'm not happy with it at all
