When I bought these pans, I really didn't think I would use them as much as I do!
They are lightweight & perfect!
I couldn't do without mine.
I love them!

Quality wise, these pans are pretty awesome. They're thick and sturdy, but not too heavy. Like another reviewer, I didn't like that the corners were a bit round since I was doing a fondant cake too, but I ended up just cutting off one edge to get a sharp edge. I lost about 1/2 an inch of cake, so not that big a deal.

The main problem I had with them was that I had a terrible time getting the cakes out of the 12" pan, which is the only one I've used so far. After the first two stuck badly, I really went heavy on the shortening and flour coating and that one popped out nicely, so you have to be very thorough in that task.

There is a indentation in the middle of the larger pans and I'm not sure what the purpose of that is, but I did find it annoying. I wish there was a fill line instead of a middle square. I have used the pans so far for practice. I am preparing to make my daughters wedding cake. These came in beautiful shape and great size for a three tier cake.
