I'm one of those people who gives away cookies and breads at Christmas. This pan is a life-saver! Definitely helps you mass produce small loaves and the pan is rugged and dishwasher safe.

I used no spray and have made banana nut bread and corn bread in this with absolutely no sticking. Then, freeze what you don't eat! I love it.
