I have used this pan many times--it is only one in my large collection of specialty cake pans. I've only made one cake in this pan so far, and it was beautiful. The pan is so well made that the pattern is crisp when it comes out of the pan and is beautiful glazed. The pan is heavy and non-stick finish released the cake easily and perfectly.
