This pan is fantastic!
You get extra height to a Cake with it being 3"
Most all Cake pans are 2"
The extra inch really does make a difference.
It's lightweight & perfect for a Cake!

Aluminum heats evenly; the best in my opinion for baking and getting more difficult to find. More baking pans are coated steel.(Too heavy, do not heat evenly, and coating scratches off.) Not a non-stick surface which I also like because I do not have to worry about scratching or over-heating. I spray and dust with flour and cake comes out without any problems. Good weight to heat evenly and a great value for the price.
I used it to make a wedding cake.

I use this cake pan as a mold for ice cream. It took 3 gallons to fill, and used it to make the biggest chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich that I could fit in my frezer.
