Wilton Cast Large Snowflake Pan

The design of this pan is crisp and clear, and it creates a lovely cake for the holidays and throughout winter. The finished results are quite impressive. The pan is heavy weight and the quality is evident. I purchased one for myself and was so pleased I bought a couple for friends who also love to bake. This is one of those pans that produces a cake that looks like great effort was involved, when little is required. And, the pan is of such high quality, if properly cared for, it will last a lifetime. I love the Nordic Ware bundt pans and the quality of this Wilton pan is definitely comparable.

It is worth the time to use either Wilton's cake release product to prepare the pan or Baker's Joy (a baking spray that incorporates flour into the spray.) I find greasing intricate cake pans very tedious, so I prefer a spray but the cake release product can be applied easily with a pastry brush -- but do complete this step because although the pan has a self-stick coating, it still...Read more
