Comment: When I discovered I had lost my reliable, 20-year-old, angel food pan, I borrowed one from a neighbor. That pan leaked cake batter from the bottom. I then went to Amazon and found Wilton Angel Food Pan, 10 Inch. I ordered it even though I feared the quality of a newer pan might not match that of my old one. The pan works as well as my old one; bakes evenly and does not leak batter. It is not non-stick as that surface is undesirable for some cakes.

Summary: A Great Basic Pan 2010-03-14
Comment: This is a perfect size for my smaller family. And in this diet conscious time I find even when I entertain everyone want's a "tiny" piece. This is a great basic pan. Easy to use. The rivets that hold the three cooling prongs don't get in the way, since the even cooking of the aluminum allows the cake to pull away evenly from the sides as it cools.
