We needed a 14" cake pan in 2 days, and because of past purchases, I knew I could trust Amazon to get it to me as promised, so I ordered it. They did not let me down. We got the pan on the 2nd day. I followed the delivery process on line, and all went well so my sons wedding cake could be baked and presented on his wedding day. Now that's trusting the Amazon system.
