I love the tin but it is super easy for the balancing front piece to get busted or even bent just a little. If that happens it throws your cake completely off and it is way off centered.
Simple but very useful to make an airplane cake,

My grandson is transitioning from his crib to his big boy bed and also changing rooms. The theme for the new big boy room is airplanes. When we celebrate his big move we will use this to make a special cake for the occasion. Looks like a good cake mold/pan for the job. Will let you know how it worked out. I do not anticipate any problems since I have used cake molds/pans from this manufacturere before.

I ordered this cake pan after my son chose an airplane theme for his birthday three years in a row. I am very pleased. The pan is larger than I imagined, made a good-sized cake. It was very easy to decorate and it came with instructions and decorating ideas. He was thrilled. I am very pleased. Good value for its price. I will use it for my other son's first birthday soon.
