I rate this as only a "1" because it's way too expensive for what you get. Your cheesecake may turn out very well but it's it's thin and cheaply made. One should get five for this price. It's as cheap as those disposible springform pans. The only reason I am keeping it is that I need a light colored pan immediately.

Baked a pumpkin cheesecake in this pan and it came out fantastic!The cheesecake came off the pan easily when I brushed the sides and bottom with a thin layer of butter. The clamp unlocks pretty smoothly.
