Silicone is all the rage in bakeware! This pudding mould by Pedrini makes a great choice for pudding, cakes, breads, and other baked goods. Measuring 10 inches across and 2-3/4 inches deep, this innovative mould is crafted from completely recyclable non-toxic silicone. The first time you use the mould, rinse it with warm water and lightly pre-grease. The mould is nonstick and does not require pre-greasing or flouring after the first use.

All Pedrini LeLillotte silicone bakeware is temperature-resistant from -40 degrees to 482 degrees F, and you can take it directly from the freezer to an electric or gas stove, or microwave. Thermal conductivity of the silicone allows quicker baking times and 20 to 30% lower temperatures than metal bakeware. In addition to snappy cleanup by hand or in the dishwasher, Pedrini moulds bend and roll for easy storage, but always return to their original shape when you're ready to bake. For the best results, place the silicone mould on a baking tray when it's in the oven.
