I purchased this pan for elderly mom, she informed me, that when she made an upside down pineapple cake, that when baked, it leaked in her oven. Where she than had a mess to clean in her oven, She said she didn't use a cookie sheet, but she should of. No cookies sheets shouldn't be required when baking cakes.
