You are not messing around when you get this pan. It is big, sturdy, VERY durable, and will probably be in your house for as long as you could ever need it. It takes about 10 and 1/2 cups of batter, which is not quite two mixes. I live in a low desert region, and it took 65 minutes to bake the cake to perfection. I also add an extra 1/3 cup of oil to the mixes when I combine them. It makes the cake delicious:) This pan made a great bottom for my layered fondant cake!
