Parrish Magic Line 9 Inch Square Pans

These pans are outstanding for baking - much better than an old stainless steel baking pan that I replaced. I started out with the 9 x 13 after reading about the performance of good aluminum pans for cake baking and came back to Amazon for additional sizes. Every recipe that I have made in these pans turns out just right. They are durable and well-made - right here in the U.S.A. - a huge bonus for me.

Used pan to make brownies and results were more than I could have hoped for. Brownies baked perfectly and were very easy to remove from the pan. Gave away all my nonstick pans and plan to buy more Parrish.

I was confused by different names and pricing of the pans so I called the company. ALL pans made by Parrish are Magic Line pans. Some sellers call them Magic Line and others advertise with just the name Parrish - Parrish round baking pan, for instance. You really have to figure in the cost of shipping etc. as the prices for the pans vary so much.

I have Wilton aluminum round pans and though results were good, the weight and performance is less than the Parrish pans.

Magic Line has the best square pans with fantastic sharp edges. I own quite a few and I love them all :D
