Parrish Magic Line 8 x 8 x 2 Square Pan

I purchased the 8x8x2 and 9x13x2 pans. You can't go wrong with Magic Line pans. If you decorate cakes for a living or for family and friends, Magic Line pans are a must. Even heating, and most important, truely square corners and edges. These are required for a crisp, clean finished product. I will be purchasing more pans in other sizes.

Parrish Magic Line baking pans (sometimes listed as Parrish Baking Pans, but the same product) are superior to anything I have ever used, and are very likely the same pans that my grandfather used in his bakery since this is a very old company that is a commercial supplier. They bake evenly, release baked items easily, and clean up easily. They are a wonderful weight and the aluminum has a nice feel to it - more like stainless as opposed to the dull look and feel of Wilton aluminum pans (which also bake nicely, but not as nicely as these).

I have more pans on order as I am replacing all of the non-stick pans that I own. The quality of these pans assure that they will be the last pans you will ever need to purchase and will be passed down to children and grandchildren!

I wasn't sure about this pan when I ordered it, but it is MUCH sturdier than it appears in the photo. This pan isn't going to dent or bend in any way. And, I love that it is actually made right here in the USA!
