What a difference when using these heavy cake pans compared to my old, light weight "Ekco Baker's Secret" pans. Perfect cakes, easy clean up, I am not a professional baker by any means but "Parrish Magic Pans" turn out pro results.

I bought this pan for making Pizookies like they make at BJ's Brewhouse Restaurant. Makes amazing pizookies and is just the perfect size for two people to share. I might get a couple mini pans like this and make individual servings as well.

I bought the 7" x 2" pan. The pan is very sturdy - it feels indestructible! I look forward to using it. My complaint is that when I received the pan, there was a smear of something like mechanical grease on it. Perhaps it was direct from the manufacturer or something?? It was gross and took me some time to clean it. Certainly, the pan will be put to good use, but given that it is a hunk of aluminum, I felt like I received a car part.
