Comment: Yes, she let's me in the kitchen every now and then!
Actually, I bake. Actually I LOVE to bake. And I bake a LOT. I've used all the Wilton pans and I bought this for my wife upon the recommendation of a friend of mine who is a professional baker and cake decorator. It arrived quickly and in great condition. When I opened the package and picked up the pan, two words came to mind. "Heavy" and "Quality". Expensive? Well, "Yes" when compared to the cheaper baking pans, but "No" after you bake with it once with such a quality pan. It bakes evenly, comes out clean, and leaves nice sharp edges to make icing/decorating easier. The last pan you'll ever have to (and want to!!) buy. Highly recommended.

Summary: Great! Get these pans! 2009-10-12
Comment: I own my own business making wedding cakes and so far parish magic has been my favorite line of baking pans. The quality is fantastic and they are made in the USA so even if they cost a couple of extra dollars it's worth it. Actually the quality is way better compared to Wilton and Wilton cost more.
