I recently replaced old pans with the Parrish Magic Line--8 and 9 inch cheesecake pans, regular 8 and 9 inch layer and this removable bottom angel food pan. All the pans have performed wonderfully. They are thick, sturdy, and clean up easily. Cakes bake evenly with no thick crust. Very pleased that they are made in the USA.

This review is from: Parrish Magic Line 7 Inch x 2.5 Inch Angel Food Pan, Solid Bottom (Kitchen)
When I opened the box from Amazon, I was disappointed. I thought this pan was too small. My recipe called for a 1-quart tube pan (4 cups). This pan holds a little more than 1-quart. I thought I would need more room for the batter to rise but I was wrong. Actually, this pan's capacity is 40 ounces. The batter filled the pan half-way. The cake rose but did not go beyond the rim of the pan. The cake was evenly browned and I removed the cake with no problem at all. I did grease the pan and tube with butter and flour before baking. If you are baking a 2 quart cake, you can divide the batter among 2 of these pans. I am very happy I decided to keep the pan and I ordered another one so I can make double batches.

Every year at the holidays I make Cranberry Coffee cakes, usually 10-15. The pans I have are approximately 40 years old and needless to say wearing out. They are not the usual angel cake pan size, they're a little smaller. I thought these would be the same size they are not. Too small. I was going to send them back but they are so well made I am going to try to alter my recipe and give them a try.
