Comment: I"m in love with this product...
I've already baked mini quiches, key lime pies and made ice cream popsicles with it.
The only problem?
I should've ordered TWO at one time...this would allow me to use the entire batter for pies and quiches instead of having to bake two separate batches.

Comment: I bought the Norpro mini cheese cake pans. Each time I had issues. 1st pan came from "Potential Dynamix". Discs were missing. Amazon refunded. I repurchased. 2nd one arrived from A & L Inter. Pan cups were rust, but Amazon exchanged. 3rd one came yesterday from the same seller (A & L Inter). The surface of the pans including the cups were very very rough with many small air bubbles. I don't want to have to go through this again, so I'll keep it. I probably wouldn't use it. What a waste of my time and money.

Comment: I bought one of these and really should have bought two because its very simple to crank out these little cheesecakes in a variety of flavors and types. Cook time of about 20 minutes at 325 gets em done, 5 minutes to cool and then you can pop them out of the pan and top/chill them properly. very easy to clean and 100% non stick.
you will want to get a little inventive with determining the best way to A) get your crust well packed in the small holes and B) how to remove the cheesecakes from the holes. for A) I found a container in my refrigerator that was about the same size, covered it in aluminum foil, sprayed it with some Pam to keep the crust from sticking to it and then mushed the crust in well enough to make it all even and well packed. for B) again I found a thin, long necked container (like a beer bottle or worchestshire bottle) with a flat top to lift the cheesecakes out with and onto a spatula. my method, and kinda crude but at least my crust is even and flat and my cakes dont get smushed or distorted in the removal.
I used 24 oz of cream cheese and that made about 28 mini-cheesecakes so 2 pans would have been great. will definitely get a second one

Comment: I ordered this product to prepare desserts for an 80th birthday party. The package came with the box opened in the mailing envelope so I immediately checked all contents upon receiving the item and there are only 11 removable bottom for a 12 count pan. I checked all packaging material over many times but the missing bottom did not come with the product. The packaging receipt says to contact them if any problem but the only contact information is a defunct web page. I have sent an email via Amazon (as that is the only way to contact the seller) and am currently awaiting response. Will upgrade my rating if I get some type of acceptable response.
UPDATE: I did get a quick response from the company regarding the missing removable disc and I recevied in within a few days. I have not had a chance to use the product yet but have upgraded my review to reflect the excellent customer service.

Comment: This is and excellent option if you want to save time in a party serving a individual dessert portion without expending time cutting a whole one.
