Summary: Perfect For Two or More People 2009-12-05
Comment: These are great pans! I baked persimmon pudding in them for Xmas. They are a better size for baking when you want to make several types of baked goodies & don't want a huge amount of each kind (as in a sheet cake or pan size).

Comment: I love this product. It is so hard to find an 8-inch pan that is square and stainless steel. Quality is good and hope Norpro makes an 8-inch stainless steel round pan too rather than the 9 and 10 inch rounds. The 8 inch is a very convenient size, not too big nor too small and these days, stainless steel is the way to go with baking pans. I not only use it for baking in the oven, I also use it to steam my desserts and appetizers.

Comment: I had been looking to replace an 8-inch square pan for a long time. They're just not out there, so I was happy to find this one. It is perfect -- bakes well with rounded corners that are easy to clean. Although it needs to be greased, I do not find that a problem.
