Norpro 8-Inch Stainless Steel Cake Pan

WOW! Absolutely gorgeous, heavyweight, heirloom quality solid/sturdy stainless steel cake pans. This pan is incredibly heavyweight & durable! It cooks evenly, cleans readily, & is a super-bright mirror-like solid shine when new. It will develop a "patina" over time: With use, it'll dull down slightly from mirror-bright, to a beautiful, smooth, rich stainless finish. Of course you must oil or butter the pan before baking. If you ever burns anything on this pan, just soak it overnight & clean w/ a soft cloth, soap & water in the am. These come clean FAR better than my non-sticks ever did (I've completely gotten rid of all non-sticks- they are poisonous to your family & the environment). The heavyweight feel of these pans is amazing. They look, feel, and perform like a $100+ piece of professional cookware! I plan to get 2 of the round cake &/or pie pans also.

I absolutely love this pan. It makes perfect brownies everytime. It bakes evenly. It cleans up easily. Stainless Steel is better than non-stick anyday!

This pan is a good heavy weight and will last forever. The price was excellent, so I was able to get more than one. All the Norpro stainless pans are good quality for a good price.
