The Nordic Ware Traditional Cookie Sheet, 13.5 X 14, is an excellent choice for those baking in today's better insulated, 30-inch ovens. I purchased this item after finding that my older, large AirBake cookie sheets went completely from front-to-back, if placed so the raised lip could be grabbed, in my new oven. This sheet fits the new oven well, but is only large enough to accommodate 9 cookies. Although imprinted with words indicating NordicWare classifies this as a large-sized baking sheet, the useable surface area is only 13" X 14." Personally, I would classify it as a medium-sized baking sheet.

I particularly like that the Nordic Ware Traditional Cookie Sheet is a nice medium weight. It does not take a weight-lifter to put it into or take it out of the oven. Nevertheless, it is still substantial enough so that it does not warp. I have an old, crappy oven in my apt and this cookie sheet makes everything cook evenly. It's awesome!!!

We have been very happy with this cookie sheet. It is nice and heavy and durable. Cleans up well. I like the fact that it is made in the USA and you can tell it is so much better than cheap flimsy cookie sheets made elsewhere that bend and warp. This has not warped and seems strong enough that I doubt it will be a problem. I haven't had anything stick to it either.
