What a wonderful addition to my bakeware collection. And what rave reviews I received from my guests and family! The cake looks beautiful, definitely wins for "best presentation"! Can be used all year round, and is a great engagement, shower, wedding, housewarming, gift.

My wife and I saw this and decided we had to have it for the family. There's not much in the way of nice cake pans available with a Jewish theme. This pan is excellent!! We've purchased a variety of NordicWare's novelty pans in the past, including the Castle pan. This one is the same high quality and will be MUCH easier to decorate with it predictably linear theme which is outlined by straight grooves. My wife is especially impressed that the Star is created "correctly" with interlocking triangles.

NordicWare pans are quite heavy, they bake very evenly, and will last a lifetime. The nonstick coating is unrivaled. We've never had a sticking problem even with the NordicWare pans with more complex designs than this one. Always remember to spray them before pouring in the cake batter and you will never have a problem. Now we can only hope they create a mini-cake pan version.

I was very pleased with the Nordicware cake pan that I ordered. It was exactly what I wanted, and it was much cheaper through Amazon.com than in the retail shops.
