Nordic Ware Square Cake Pan, 9 by 9 by 2.5 Inch

It is very hard to find a product like this. I have had two aluminum cake pans since I was a child. Belonging to my mom, we have looked for others. To our horror we kept getting this pathetic coated pieces of junk that would flake off into our food. Yuck! Then I saw this on Amazon and I absolutely love it. Finally someone got it right. This isn't that flimsy one time use garbage you get for turkey day and throw away. These American made wonderful pans will last you so long you will have to put them into your will for your grandchildren. If you burn something on it, no problem. No scrubbing is required. Just soak it in some hot water and it pops clean off without you having to worry about bits of the coating getting into your food. Definitely buy this, you won't be sorry.
