What a great quality baking pan. Nice heavy weight and high sides. I would really recommend this pan!

This might be an OK baking pan, but I use it differently. When BBQ/Smoking over indirect heat my usual method is to push the coals to one side of a Weber kettle and place a water pan under the meat to be cooked. The thin disposable aluminum pans can easily deform and breakdown, sometimes leaking water and drippings into the ash catcher. While I would have prefered a steel or cast iron pan these light weight, but sturdy plain aluminum pans are perfect as a "bed" for the disposable Weber liners and protect them from leaking and deforming, hence no mess! Maybe not helpful to everybody but if you BBQ, this solves a problem.
