I just popped out my first batch of mini Bundt cakes and they came out without any effort. From first receiving this pan I could see the quality in the finish of the pan, nice detail and feel the relative heft of the pan. This is my first Nordic Ware purchase, in addition to their Turkey Cake Pan which I ordered at the same time, and it most certainly will not be the last of this quality brand cookware.
