I use a bundt pan most often during the Christmas holidays, for a favorite Egg Nog cake for my husband. When the old teflon pan I used was on its last legs, saw this and thought it would add a festive touch.

While the pan worked fine, you can't really see any of the detail in a finished cake, none at all once it's iced (frosting would be even worse I fear). I could forgive that, but it ended up making a cake with an odd shape.

We ended up buying the Platinum edition bundt instead and are much happier.
