Unlike some other pans, the acorn shape comes out perfect each time. The non-stick really does work. And my kids love to eat pumpkin bread in this shape. We are a gluten free family. This seems to be the perfect size for baking portions with the rice flour, which is more dense. This size makes our bread light and fluffy!!!
