I have used this pan three times in the past two weeks. Unlike some other pans, the acorn shape comes out perfect each time. The non-stick really does work. And my kids love to eat pumpkin bread in this shape. We are a gluten free family. This seems to be the perfect size for baking portions with the rice flour, which is more dense. This size makes our bread light and fluffy!!! Yum.

I let them rest in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then dropped each in the glaze, rolled it over to coat it, and let it dry on a rack. They were so cute some guests thought they were just decoration. They loved the lemon in the glaze and are a good serving size, better than a cupcake. The glaze covering them seals in the moisture...Read more

love the baking sheet, I tried it with a spice cake recipe.. the batter was too thick to really show good detail, but the cakes baked fine and released well from the molds. I can't wait to try a different batter.
