Nordic Ware Nonstick Layer Round Cake Pan, 9 Inch

I love the quality of the pan. Very well made and my children's children will be using them. I also love the nonstick feature of the pan. I baked a cake and it immediately dropped out of the pan without forcing it. I recommend highly!

This brand is quality. I ordered three of these 9 inch pans. My oven cooks unevenly and these pans completely counteracted that! After the cakes had cooled, they were easily removed. I did oil and flour pans but, may experiment another time without. Easy to clean, too. My three layer cake came out great and I didn't even have to trim any layers because none of the three cakes domed in the oven. I also own the cast aluminum bundt pan which was also fantastic. I can't wait to use the tart and springfirm pans that I bought, too. I would definitely reccommend this brand!

I love to bake layer cakes but have had trouble finding the perfect pans, until now. My cakes bake up higher and are more evenly baked with no sticking. I will never use another brand of cake pan, these are THE BEST!! Do yourself a favor if you love to bake and try these pans, you will not be disappointed..
