Warps in oven - staining nonstick,

Appears sturdy enough...in fact, this pan is fairly heavy compared to the other commercial grade jelly roll pans that I have. Problem is that the first time we used it, it warped in the oven (at 450 degrees). Also, the pan is permanently stained from the food we cooked on it. There are better options out there.

I do a lot of baking and this cookie sheet is by far the best I've ever owned. I have used it up to 425 degrees so far and have not had any problems with it warping like a previous reviewer experienced.
Its really easy to clean, nothing sticks to it and it looks like its brand new after dozens of uses. My favorite part of this product that it is made in the USA! Let's support our own workers and companies and buy any of Nordic Ware's fabulous products.

I received this product as a wedding gift in November, 2009 as part of a set. It included two half baking sheets and a cooling rack, I was given two sets so I own 4 half sheets and 2 cooling racks. Overall I have been fairly happy with this product. They are heavy duty, so they don't warp and they cook evenly.
For me cleaning them is a pain because them don't fit in my sink. Consider the size of your sink when purchasing these, I have a double sink that isn't very deep. The nonstick coating has also stained and while not a big deal it isn't pretty either. These two things are minor drawbacks but worth considering when making your purchase.
So why the 3 star rating? On two on the pans the nonstick coating has begun to flank off. These haven't been abused (I only hand wash and never use metal utensils) so I'm a little disappointed this occurred. The first one began to flank within the first year.
