This pan really does "bake" brownies in 5 minutes. I used the recipe that came with it but I think next time I'll either use my favorite mix or one from scratch. My microwave is an 1100 Watt one so I think I will take them out after 3 minutes next time, after 5 minutes they kept cooking and dried out too much for my liking (I prefer fudgy brownies). I'm glad I bought it and would recommend it to other brownie lovers.

Yesterday I made up a batch of brownies using my favorite brownie recipe. No, I did not use the recipe that came on the label. I did follow the basic directions on the label when it came to microwave cook time. Unfortunately the brownies ended up a bit overcooked around the edges. The brownies in the middle were perfectly cooked and delsh.
Overall, I really liked this pan as it made brownie "baking" quick and easy. Next time I think I'll try "baking" the brownies for about 2 1/2 minutes instead of the 5 minutes suggested.
Recommend based on ease-of-use and easy clean-up.

I like to microwave fish and it always spatters, but with this screen, I don't have that problem anymore! It is as advertised!
