Just used this pan for the first time, today. Popovers came out perfectly baked - they rose nicely, browned perfectly, and had that crisp outer crust and a tender, moist interior. I was a bit skeptical of the cost - seemed a little high for a pan, but now I know why! I'll be buying only Nordic Ware bakeware from now on!

One hint - preheat the pan (buttered/greased) in a 425 degree oven for exactly two minutes before you add your batter! I did this on my first batch - they were perfect. My 2nd batch didn't rise quite as well - they were still perfectly cooked, but I preheated for my 3rd batch and they came out like the first batch did - perfect.

Nice heavy pan. Completely non stick. Cleans up with soap and water. Makes HUGE popovers. Use the very bottom rack only in the oven. Popovers came out around 8" tall!

Purchased this product in November 2009. Wanted to make individual Yorkshire Puddings for a holiday meal. Very pleased with the outcome.

Something to consider when ordering, the company did not ship product on the timetable promised. Did have an email exchange with them and they refunded the shipping cost.

The company also promised me a discount coupon for my next purchase. Have yet to see/receive this promised coupon and it is now approaching a year since the purchase date.
