These two pans are great. Bake up very nice (they are a little dark so for some recipes you may want to consider decreasing the temperature a little) - and I love the two sizes! When I make something for work I can take the big one into work but leave a mini-verson at home for me and my boyfriend to snack on for a few days! Works great!

FYI - they're not necessarily black like in the picture. Mine were maroon. Which is fine but just something some people may want to know.

I've only used the small size so far and I do love it! It's the perfect size for a small, fancy looking cake to eat or give away. The cakes come out easily (I used shortening and flour, but will try cooking spray in the future)and the pan is very easy to clean. They are very light weight, which may mean they could dent easily. Very reasonably priced

So far these are great.

Have used these a handful of times and have had no issues with the non-stick (it worked like a charm) and have no issues washing them in the dishwasher.
