Moon Cake Pan - 10 x 7 Inch

Bought this to use as a section of a baby shower cake. Pan is a nice thick metal, but you have to guess at the baking time since the middle was hard to bake. Just keep checking every 5 minutes or so until the middle is baked completely. I would say I baked for about 40 minutes. It doesnt hold an entire 2 layer mix, but just use the excess for cupcakes-will make about 6 extra cupcakes. I used a non-stick spray and had no trouble getting the cake out and the design held up nicely. Overall great purchase.
