This review is from: Le Creuset Silicone Cook N Bake 11-by-9-1/2-Inch Rectangular Dish, Blue Mist (Kitchen) If you are looking at silicone bakeware, Le Creuset's are really really well-made. It's pure silicone so no smoke or smell when baking in the oven. The product is made in Italy.Unlike some nonstick cake pans, this pan can actually be used under the broiler - under the condition that there is at least 8-inch distance between the broiler and the pan. Cleaning up is also easy as a breeze. I haven't tested the nonstick feature out but I would think lining it with some oil would do the trick. All in all, well worth the money. |
