This review is from: Kaiser La Forme Charlotte Bundform Pan (Kitchen) The finish is very nice, and the pan has some weight to it (in a good way). I do find it necessary to lightly grease the pan, but a quick spray seems sufficient to release cakes with ease, leaving almost nothing in the pan. The cakes turn out beautiful and evenly baked. I'm a happy customer!
NOTE: This is a 12-cup capacity pan, a little larger than it looks. That's good or bad, depending on your recipe! 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful: Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Kaiser La Forme Charlotte Bundform Pan (Kitchen) I admit to being a baking pan addict. I love finding new baking pans but my obsession makes me as obsessed about the price as the quality. Happily with this pan I get the best of both. A pan that normally sells in the range of $30 for $15. Can't beat that. I recently used it to make a Lemon Buttermilk Pound Cake. The cake came out beautifully. Kaiser is top-quality in bakeware and when I can find such a pretty pan for such a fair price--I can't help but buy one. Another great Kaiser pan! 0 of 2 people found the following review helpful: By Grandma R. "Toni" (Michigan) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Kaiser La Forme Charlotte Bundform Pan (Kitchen) I haven't used the pan because I'm giving it as a gift, but it appears very sturdy, and even a little larger than I thought it might be. I'm sure it will make a beautiful cake. |
