The high quality technology of the removable sides creates a leak-proof fit, and allows for left or right hand buckling; simply flip the exterior ring over to change the direction.

I love this thing. It's a wonderful multitasker in my kitchen.

I use it for all kinds of things: cakes, pies, pizzas, crostatas, even lasagnas!

The buckle never fails and the pan is coated with an excellent non-stick enamel, so easy to wash too.

I would give this product 10 stars if I could. Highly recommended.
