Nice springform. I used it to make the top of my niece's castle birthday cake, and a mini cheesecake. Easy cleanup! the tray on the bottom is awesome. I love the fact that it has edging around it.. it makes it so much easier to handle / pick up.

First time ever making Cheesecake and I had ordered the larger version of this pan. WOW, after all the horror stories I had heard.... This pan made it a piece of cake (no pun intended!) So I wanted to get creative and ordered the smaller versions, and actually gave some away as gifts!! Kudos, no leaking, no mess, easy serving and easy clean up!!

I bought this when Amazon was still selling it for ten bucks. It had good reviews from other raters and I was a budding baker, so I bought one along with Baker's Secret 3-piece Springform Value Pack. Comparing the two brands, I can tell you that this one is far more superior from just looking and especially after testing it out. There is a shine from the nonstick finish of this pan (similar to a new car shine), whereas the Baker's Secret one had a matte finish (no shine). It's probably personal preference but the shiny finish makes the pan look like high quality stuff. As for the clasp, it is so easy to expand and shut the springform pan - only takes less than 3 seconds. With the Baker's Secret, I had to align the bottom pan at just the right position to the springform before I could correctly clasp the pan shut - takes skill and about a minute.
