This Kaiser Bakeware Kaisercast Nonstick 7-Inch Star Bundform Pan features a beautiful European presentation reminiscent of old stained glass window designs. Its cast aluminum construction has a superior 2 layer non-stick surface for perfect release every time. For best results, brush a very thin layer of butter on the interior of the pan prior to each use. The butter guarantees perfect release and helps promote a smooth, tightly sealed crust, even browning and good flavor, without having the flour the pan which can create an unattractive white crust on cakes and breads. Clean with warm soapy water and soft dish cloth only.

I have two of these and even so a regular bundt cake recipe does not fit. I just dump any leftover in my mini spring form pan 4 Non-Stick Mini-Bakeware Springform Pans 4.75".

It can be a little tricky to fill this pan. The easiest way I've found is to put a spoonful in, push into the stars first, then keep filling in the middle, push out, fill until the form is full. Unmolding is easy if you use flour non stick spray combo like Baker's joy.

the cakes come out evenly baked and look really special. The pans are heavy and well constructed.
