I was looking for a "bundt" pan that is smaller than normal. I wanted something fun that I can make one cake mix but make two smaller cakes. I like to bake for other folks and this smaller cake is a perfect size for giving away to neighbors or friends.

I have three pans Kaiser makes in this size...Flora, Classic and Saphir. There's also another one called Domus. Don't buy three of one shape, get a variety! The reason I recommend buying three pans is because (home-made) recipes for bundt cakes usually make enough to fill a normal sized bundt pan and these are only 3 cups. I bought Saphir after realizing there was too much batter left over after filling the other two pans. Might as well make three and use up the batter. They are perfect size if you like giving cakes as gifts, so much nicer than cutting up a larger cake and only giving away slices. This has a much prettier presentation. BTW, the photo makes it appear that Saphir is a different color pan than Flora and Classic. It's not, the three are identical in color so you can be assured they are a set.

i had been wanting these pans for a long time and finally justified buying them to make some little cakes for a church bake sale.

they are really nice heavy pans , worth the extra $ and i wish i had not waited so long to buy them!
