This is a great pan for making mini versions of your favorite cheesecakes, upside down cakes, and ice cream cakes. A full-sized pringform pan holds 12 cups, and these mini pans each hold 2 cups. So just divide your regular springform recipe by 3 to make two mini cakes. If you are crazy like me (and own the Progressive measuring cups/spoon set which goes down to 1/32 teaspoons!) you can divide your recipe by 6 to make just one small cake. A small cake will serve between one to four servings, depending on how much you eat. Probably two servings for most folks. It's great when you have a family of two like myself and my better half. Who says you can't be single (or not have kids) and not bake, just because you don't want to make an entire huge cheesecake for yourself? Yes, you can have your cake and eat it too!!

This pan works well and did not leak. I still put them on rimmed baking sheets just in case.
