Cake falls out and easy to clean also! Bring improvment over Teflon, that came off over time! Love them! Perfect cakes every time.

HIC Brands that Cook Essentials Silicone Deep Fluted Pan is pretty. I would prefer an ugly pan that doesn't STICK. Every cake we have baked in it STICKS regardless of the amount of oil applied as instruction call for. Will not buy another until someone comes out with a NO-STICK version.
