We ordered this product for not only baking cakes but also for making Pommes Anna. They perform perfectly for both uses. These pans are of excellent quality, heavy construction and are a joy to use.

For years I have heard aluminum cookware was related to certain health problems, therefore I prefer stainless steel. So that the heat is conducted properly this stainless steel cake pan is clad in aluminum, thus even heating. The aluminum never touches the the food. No Teflon coatings, just steel. Pricey, but if you are health concious, worth it.
