They are excellent for baking my homemade bread. Period. I always grease and flour them, and they clean up extremely easily. Bread comes out of them very easily. A great value.

We purchased these pans to replace aluminum ones. They are the perfect size. The bread comes out easily, and clean-up is a snap.

I bought this pan for the many loaves of homemade bread that my family consumes and when it first arrived I was quite dissappointed. It is not very heavy and is dull in appearance. It looks more like aluminum than stainless. So much that I actually called the manufacturer to verify that it was in fact stainless. The customer service rep assured me that it is a high quality stainless. I made a loaf of bread and it turned out very nicely. It browned very nicely and slid right out of the pan. I also bought the Norpro pan at the same time and tried it today. I much prefer the Norpro pan to this one. It seems like a much sturdier pan than the Fox run pan and has a nice finish to it. If I wasn't responsible for return shipping I would have sent the Fox run pan back and ordered another Norpro but I figure I am only out $12.00. The Norpro will be my go to pan when I bake bread.
