This is a darling little springform pan, quality made and non-stick. I own two and they are so useful to me in my raw vegan food preparation. They make the perfect single serving dessert or other raw food creation requiring a mold.

1/5/10...I need to add a postscript to my original review above. I still love this little springform pan but when I considered getting another one for my collection I was shocked to see the new price! Talk about sticker shock! I paid only $6.95 for my first one. There's no way I'll order another for $10 more. Thought others might like to know that my review was based on the lower price.

I ordered this because it was advertised as 4 1/2 inches. It was actually only 4, so I had to use the leftover mix in a separate container. Not sure how to trim off 1/9th of an egg etc. 8P
