I bought this pan to make hamburger buns with. The well dimensions at about 3-1/4 inches across the top, and 2-3/4 inches at the bottom and 1/2 inch deep. Makes six smaller hamburger buns at a time. (A typical store bough burger bun is 4 inches in diameter.) To make just, take your favorite bread dough, roll a piece of dough about 2-1/2 ounces, place in greased pan, cover and let rise until doubles in size. Brush with egg whites and sprinkle with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or dehydrated minced onion. Bake per instructions, just check on after 15 minutes or so. Works out great, my buns came out the same size. I ordered 2 pans and make a 1-1/2 pound dough (about 3 cups of flour) in my bread machine then split it into 12 equal pieces for my buns.

We were so excited to get this pan as we all love the tops of the muffins. But when we got it and used it, the non stick surface started to pile away. So I contacted Amazon and they sent us a return label and new pan. New pan is great, we love it.

Amazon is awesome in that they sent out the new pan right away at their expense.

Great pan....I make healthly hi fiber muffins and this enables a perfect serving size! Also very easy to clean. Great product....I have six of them!
