Fox Run 8-Inch Springform Pan

This pan is everything it's advertised to be. I had a REAL hard time (in fact I couldn't find one at all!) finding the 8 inch size, but, of course, Amazon had it at a decent price. Good job.

I was looking forward to get a good springform pan, but this one fails me. It looked good at the first sight, but when I loosed it, and the bottom fell off. The bad thing is that the bottom isn't a flat surface, and the bound isn't a circle. The pan is very thin, and it doesn't seal very well. I definitely do not recommend it. I use it just because I just begin to learn to make cakes.

I was looking for more of a heavyweight product. The Fox 8" will do the job, but it's no heavier duty than the one that I purchased at my local Bi-Mart. I'm sure that it will perform as expected, the seam seems tight.
